This sales contract agreement must be signed before the puppy/adult leaves my care, there are no exceptions.

Pricing
We can not hold a puppy without a deposit.
Deposit can only be made after Puppy Application has been approved.
Deposits are applied to the cost of your puppy.
Our prices range from $1300.00 to $2000.00 depending on whether full AKC is granted.
Deposits range from $300.00 to $500.00
Deposits vary on the price of the puppy you are purchasing. Deposit can be made through Zelle, Paypal, CashApp, US Postal money orders, Wal-Mart money orders or Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart transfer. Any transaction fee will be applied to the final price of your puppy/dog.
Deposit Refunds
Deposit refunds will only be given if something happens to the puppy while in my care. You will at that time have the option for refund or transfer the deposit to another puppy. No other deposits will be refunded. Your deposit does not expire and will be transferred until you get the puppy you desire.
Final Payment Options
Final payment will be made by cash at the time of pickup. Please be prepared with the exact cash amount.
Otherwise, the payment will need to be at least 48 hours in advance so funds will have time to clear.
This includes, Bank Transfers or Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart.
We no longer accept PayPal as a final source payment as they do not honor the sale of animals. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Contract & Health Guarantee
Our contract is considered a legal and binding document for the well being and safety of our puppies/dogs. The document is required to be read and signed by an adult.
We have a one year health guarantee on our puppies for life threatening genetic/hereditary disease only. Puppy must be seen by a licensed vet within 72 hours of leaving our care.
Registration Papers
All of our dogs are purebred & registered with AKC. Our puppies are offered with limited papers on a pet neuter/spay agreement. The AKC papers will be mailed out upon proof of neuter/spay. On occasion, we will approve full AKC for a show or breeder home for an additional cost of $200 for full papers.

We cannot guarantee the adult size of a Dachshund.
Allergies
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure no immediate family member is allergic to the puppy/dog before placing a deposit. If a member of the buyer's immediate family is allergic to the Cool Runnin puppy/dog we will take the puppy/dog back in order to rehome, but no refund will be made.
We will not reimburse the buyer for any purchases related to the puppy/dog, including but not limited to: toys, bedding, food, dishes, crates, fencing, supplies for training or travel expenses. We will not be responsible for any medical bills related to an allergic reaction to the puppy/dog.
